the venue was spotless, offered perfect staff and location. i got free upgrade and liked it. location close to a sandy beach. had a good stay, would recomand this place.

A nicely presented hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. The breakfast was abundant with breads, cereal, pastries, eggs and pancakes, the bed was nice. There was a really friendly restaurant, the shops and supermarket next door.

Competent staff and the place was very clean. We were in the twin room with a mini-bar, a work desk and a TV set with satellite channels. A 5-minute walk will take you to la casa del kebab, where you can eat.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The location was EXCELLENT and our bed was comfortable. Plaza charco really close to the hotel was a big bonus. We recommend you to eat at Tasca Barossa, that is set 200 metres away. We liked the fact that we chose el tope.
